OUR SERVICE
Jetpatcher Systems has a philosophy of innovation and continuous improvement.
We strive to not only meet, but exceed our customers expectations
Jetpatcher™ uses a simple five step process
The trouble area is cleaned and prepared, sealed, filled, cured and ready for traffic in one smooth operation. Permanent repairs are made with bitumen emulsion, lasting as long as repairs using hot rolled asphalt. The emulsion is safe and won’t harm the environment. Experience minimum traffic delays with most repairs completed in under 5 minutes. Repairs are ready to be driven over immediately after they have been made.

Step one
Using the high-pressure volume blower, the JETPATCHER easily blows all loose debris and even water from the pothole; cleaning it, and preparing the hole for an effective patch.

Step two
The JETPATCHER now coats the pothole with a heated bitumen emulsion which seals the pothole and prevents further damage from occurring. Further damage can be caused by moisture if this isn’t done properly.

Step three
The remote control switch is now activated by the operator to put aggregate into the jet air stream. As the aggregate passes through the nozzle, it is coated with fresh emulsion and is sprayed by the operator into the hole or broken edge.

Step four
The filled patch is plate tampered and compacted.

Step five
The patch is sealed with a layer of heated bitumen emulsion to further prevent water infiltration.
If you have a hole that needs fixing, we’re waiting for the call

Why we do it
The machine is highly productive with the minimal waste material. With a driver and operator one Jetpatcher™ machine can replace a complete road repair gang
Crewing
JETPATCHER requires only a crew of two, plus additional traffic control assistance if necessary. In a situation for repairs to car parks, shopping center parking lots and areas where traffic may be lesser, a crew of one is sufficient assuming that local Health and Safety regulations allow.
Clean-up and Preparations
After use, flush out the delivery hose and nozzle with water, and hose down the machine. Leave the spray ring from the nozzle soaking overnight in kerosene. Fill up with aggregate, emulsion and water, and plug in the overnight heater. In the morning, unplug the heater, re-assemble the nozzle, and drive away.
At the end of the week, or before an extended period of non-use, use the inbuilt facility to flush the emulsion lines and nozzle with water.

Self-Contained Resource
JETPATCHER is a fully self-contained unit that cleans, compacts, fills and seals the repair area – no other vehicles are required for support other than standard traffic management and local requirements for repair operations.
